The company message – policy of quality

The Egyptian chemical industries company (Kima)takes quality policy which is suitable with the purposes from its establishment in producing and trading Nitrogen fertilizers (Ammonium nitrate) and ( low-high ) density Ammonium nitrate , the ferrosilicon alloy and the silica fume.

The policy of the quality which sponsored and obliged by the management of the company and by all employees from different sections is to achieve the requirements of the organization of the quality management and the permanent development in the activity of this organization and its goals to satisfy its customer's needs on time and meet their expectations in the future.

And to implement this policy the company is applying an active system which documented by the quality management to achieve the requirements of the international specification ISO 9001-2008 which understood and done by every empolyees in the company with full conviction and desire from them to achieve the planned goals by:

-Increasing the marketing ability in exporting low density Ammonium Nitrate with maintaining the ablity of the current marketing for the fertilizers and the ferrosilicon.

-Achieve the production targets according to the requirements of the market  whence  the quality, the value and the specifications by decreasing the wastage and  spoilage proportion to the minimum.

-Raise the efficiency of equipment and machinery to reduce of the non-stop hours planned.

-Developing the abilities and skills of the employees.
